• Country of residence (for regulatory purposes)

• App interactions and anonymized logs for diagnostics and performance

• Device type and OS version

Uploaded Files & Prompts

• Pro users may upload files or prompts for temporary processing — these are deleted immediately after use.

• No permanent storage of user data occurs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Deliver, operate, and improve the Apps

• Process purchases and Compute Time transactions

• Provide customer support

• Comply with ethical and legal standards

We do not sell or rent data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers such as Apple, Google, Stripe, and OpenAI for infrastructure, billing, and processing.

FIA Labs does not store payment card data.

4. Data Retention

• Lite versions: no personal data retained after a session ends

• Pro versions: limited logs (up to 3 months) for billing and diagnostics

• You may request deletion at any time

5. Data Security

We use encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls.

All servers are hosted in the United States.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for individuals under 16.

If data is collected from a minor, it will be deleted immediately.
