Welcome to FIA Labs, a division (DBA) of Federated Intel AI LLC, registered in Washington, D.C., USA and wholly owned by Unison Pictures Pty Ltd.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FIA Labs applications and services, including LIA, MIRA, Aquinian, Cine-Novelist, CarCounsel, Brandium, ExecMind, and CFO-Sentinel (collectively referred to as “the Apps”).
By using any FIA Labs App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any FIA Labs application, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
2. About the Apps
FIA Labs creates AI-powered tools for specialized professional and creative purposes.
Each app provides domain-specific support — such as legal, financial, medical, creative, or strategic analysis — through advanced AI systems.
The Apps are intended for informational, educational, or research use only.
They do not replace professional judgment, regulatory compliance, or human expertise.
3. Accounts and Access
Lite versions of FIA Labs Apps are accessed through your ChatGPT account.
Pro versions may require a separate FIA Labs account or integration with external APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Lite Versions:
Available via one-time or lifetime purchase through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems.
Pro Versions:
Access to additional features, Compute Time, or API integrations may be billed directly through FIA Labs.
Compute Time purchases cover AI resource usage and are not linked to your App Store subscriptions.
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or Apple/Google refund policies.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use any FIA Labs App to:
Violate any law or regulation.
Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
Reverse-engineer or misuse the software or APIs.
Attempt unauthorized access to FIA Labs systems or databases.
FIA Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
6. Intellectual Property
All FIA Labs Apps, logos, designs, and related intellectual property are owned by Federated Intel AI LLC or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps solely for lawful personal or professional purposes.
No rights or ownership are transferred to you by use of the Apps.
7. AI Content and Liability
AI-generated outputs are produced dynamically and may contain inaccuracies or biases.
You acknowledge and accept that:
FIA Labs and its affiliates are not responsible for how you interpret or apply AI-generated content.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of outputs before using them in any professional or public context.
Use the Apps at your own discretion and judgment.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Apps is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:
By using the Apps, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in that policy.
9. Third-Party Services
Some functionality depends on external providers such as OpenAI, Azure, Apple, Google, or Stripe.
FIA Labs is not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Apps at any time.
FIA Labs may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, security issues, or unlawful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.
11. Disclaimers
The Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.”
FIA Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or suitability for a particular purpose.
FIA Labs does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice, and outputs should not be considered professional counsel.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIA Labs, its affiliates, and its licensors shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Any loss of data, revenue, or business;
Any reliance placed on AI-generated outputs.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington, D.C.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our business practices.
Updated versions will be posted at federatedintel.ai/terms-of-service.
Your continued use of the Apps after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
